One of the few “testosterone boosters” with a signal.
Tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) is a Southeast Asian root sold to raise testosterone. Short answer: five small trials pooled found total testosterone rose, mostly in men whose levels were low, and a broad review of “testosterone boosters” rated it possibly effective while most others failed. A higher blood level is not the same as better erections or energy, and we found no study of Man Greens itself.

Grades are calculated from the studies listed, by fixed rules.
Five small trials pooled showed a rise in total testosterone, clearest in men whose levels were low; a wider review of “testosterone boosters” called it possibly effective while most others failed. Higher testosterone on a blood test is not the same as better erections, energy or mood.

We found no study of Man Greens. Its ad names tongkat ali, graded above for testosterone, not for erections. Erection problems can be an early sign of heart or blood-sugar disease — worth a doctor’s visit before a greens powder.
