Testosterone and strength — not “daily wellness”.
Shilajit is a tar-like resin from mountain rock, sold here by Manna Vitality as 1,000 mg sachets with “91 essential nutrients”. Short answer: one small double-blind trial found higher testosterone in men aged 45–55 after 90 days; another found less strength loss after a tiring workout, but only in the stronger half of young men at the higher dose. We found no study of Manna.

Grades are calculated from the studies listed, by fixed rules.
One 90-day double-blind trial in healthy men aged 45–55 found higher total and free testosterone than placebo, at 250 mg twice a day. It has not been repeated, and the abstract does not give the number of men.
In 63 young men, 500 mg a day for 8 weeks helped only the stronger half hold their strength after a tiring workout; the low dose did nothing. A subgroup finding.
“With Manna, you get 1000mg of Shilajit in a single dose! Each sachet has 91 essential nutrients to fuel your daily wellness…”

We found no study of Manna. A count of nutrients is not an amount: the ad does not say how much of any of them a sachet holds. The shilajit trials above used 250–500 mg doses, tested hormones and strength, not general “wellness”.
