Interior wellness drinks

The benefit is in the name, not in a study.

Interior sells fresh, refrigerated blends of fruit, vegetables and herbs, named for what they are meant to do: Vitality + Defense, Immunity + Reset, Lean + Vibrant, Energy + Strength. Short answer: we found no study of these drinks, and neither the ad nor the home page says what is in each blend or how much, so there is nothing to compare with research on single ingredients. Fruit and vegetables are good food; the names are claims the company has not tested.
