Good for oxidation markers; early for inflammation.
Olea True sells organic high-phenolic Greek olive oil to “fight inflammation, naturally”. Short answer: across 26 trials, olive oil rich in polyphenols lowered oxidized LDL and an oxidative-stress marker compared with ordinary olive oil. Effects on inflammation markers appeared only in some subgroups and single studies, so that part is early evidence. We found no study of Olea True.

Compared with ordinary olive oil, high-polyphenol oil improved markers of oxidation and cholesterol across 26 trials; effects on inflammation markers showed up only in some subgroups and single studies. A double-blind trial of an olive-polyphenol capsule did not report a change in CRP. Early evidence for inflammation specifically.
