The pH is not the point.
Hallstein sells artesian water advertised as zero microplastics, zero PFAS and pH 8.3 — “don’t change your life, just change your water.” Short answer: reviews find no good evidence that alkaline water improves health beyond a possible effect on reflux, and a lab test found bottled alkaline waters carry almost no alkali. Whether a bottle is free of microplastics or PFAS is a lab-testing question, not something an ad can settle.

Grades are calculated from the studies listed, by fixed rules.
Reviews find little beyond possible help with reflux, and no support for alkalizing the body, immunity or disease prevention. A lab test of bottled alkaline waters found the high pH carries almost no alkali.
