Qualia Mind: does a 32-ingredient formula work?

No trial of the product. Some ingredients have trials — at different doses.

Qualia Mind is a nootropic from Neurohacker Collective: six capsules a day, 31 ingredients on its label (the page says 32), including caffeine, L-theanine, citicoline, lion’s mane, rhodiola and ginkgo.

Short answer: we found no trial of Qualia Mind, and its page cites none. Its label does give amounts, so you can set them beside the trials: L-theanine 200 mg with caffeine 100 mg is in the range trials used for a short boost in attention; citicoline 50 mg is a tenth of the 500 mg the memory trial used; lion’s mane 125 mg of extract is far below the grams a day used where trials found anything.

We found no trial of Qualia Mind itself (PubMed, 2026-10-25), and its own page cites none — only that its ingredients have been studied. The 100 mg of caffeine is the ingredient most likely to be felt.

  • More ingredients in one formula means more benefitNo real evidence

No study compares a 32-ingredient formula with fewer ingredients. Spreading a capsule budget across many ingredients puts several of them well below the doses their own trials used.
