No trial of the product. Its main calming ingredient did not reliably ease anxiety in pooled trials.
Outty, from The Outgoing Co., is sold as a “social nootropic” that “switches off overthinking” within 30 minutes. A published review lists its ingredients as taurine, L-theanine (1,000 mg), GABA, rhodiola, DL-phenylalanine, magnolol, honokiol and oroxylin A; the company’s own site was unreachable when we checked, so we could not confirm the label.
Short answer: we found no trial of Outty or of any supplement for social anxiety. Pooled trials of L-theanine found no reliable effect on anxiety. One small trial of a different magnolia extract found less temporary anxiety.

Grades are calculated from the studies listed, by fixed rules.
One small six-week trial of a magnolia-and-phellodendron blend (Relora) found less temporary anxiety than placebo, but no change in long-standing anxiety or sleep; 26 women finished. Outty is said to use purified magnolol and honokiol instead — not what was tested.

We found no trial of Outty or of any supplement for social anxiety itself. Social anxiety has treatments with strong evidence — talking therapy (CBT) and, where needed, prescribed medicine.
Pooling 31 placebo-controlled trials, effects on anxiety were inconsistent and not significant. L-theanine did reliably sharpen attention for an hour or so after 200 mg — Outty is said to hold 1,000 mg.
Natural is not the same as side-effect free, and no trial of this formula has measured them. Phenylalanine, which Outty is said to contain, is unsafe for people with phenylketonuria (PKU). Check with a pharmacist if you take other medicines.
Cognitive behavioural therapy has the strongest evidence, and a doctor can talk through medicine where it is needed. If anxiety is stopping you from work, school or seeing people, that is a reason to talk to someone — not a sign that a supplement failed.
