The caffeine part has evidence. The mushroom does not.
AMA is a 2 oz “flow-state” tonic with 5 mg of “detoxified” Amanita muscaria (fly agaric), 100 mg of caffeine and 150 mg of L-theanine. Short answer: caffeine with L-theanine reliably gives a small boost to attention for an hour or two in placebo-controlled trials. We found no trial of fly agaric or its active compound, muscimol, for focus — only surveys of side effects and case reports of poisoning.

We found no controlled trial of Amanita muscaria or muscimol for focus in people. What we found is reports of harm: users describe nausea, vomiting and drowsiness, and case reports describe poisonings needing intensive care.
